Practical Side of Ministry!

This isn’t going to be one of those fancy letters asking for money but since you are a friend I thought you would want us to be honest about the need. We are asking those of you whose hearts are for the poor and forgotten to read the following, pray and be obedient to what the Father shows you to do!.

 Each of these outreaches cost between $3,200—$3,500

  • Permits for the use of the Park, erecting a tent, occupancy permits, electrical permits  for generator all cost around $630.
     
  • Liability insurance which is required by the city of Philadelphia runs close to $650.
     
  • Trailer and Contents Insurance $145.
     
  • Transportation to get the tent, chairs, tables, food, barbeque grill, generator to Philladelphia  and back cost close to $150.
     
  • Cost for 400 hamburgers & 400 hot dogs & buns  is $400.
     
  • Groceries for 150—200 people cost around $700.
     
  • Propane for Barbeque grill & gas for generator + (2) Port-A-Potties $275.
     
  • Misc. expenditures $200.

TOTAL so far $3,225.00 — so you can see the above estimate for the outreach is very conservative.

We spend 100% of all the funds we raise for the outreach or will keep any excess for the next event.

 We believe that the next wave of God is coming to the nameless and faceless generation found on the streets of the inner-cities.

The only way we know how WE can be there and help spark that revival is to go and be where the heart of the FATHER is beating!
