The city hired a man to be in charge of Harrowgate park and we have never seen it in such good shape.  He is even planting flowers but the people keep dig them up to take them home. Seen here talking with Bill he is a Viet Nam Vet and a Christian. He loves what we are doing and being a Viet Nam Vet is just another confirmation that God is all over what we are doing at the park.
