Cover Design

Your cover is the most important element in the production process.  Probably no other single factor in the production of your book determines whether it sells or not like the cover.  Statistics show that the consumer spends under eight seconds looking at the front cover and no more than fifteen seconds on the back cover.  It is true that a great cover does not guarantee a book will sell but it is true that bad covers will kill a sell in seconds.

KLMP begins with the cover design by working closely with you in finding a design concept for your front cover.  Once we find the most compelling design for your project we build the spine and back cover.  Then we go over the options in printing fonts and styles that will enhance the design.

Page Design and Composition

This is where we make decisions about which font to use, how we present the chapter titles, placement of page numbers and other design options that gives your project the style that is reflective of your personality.
